Joe Hill runs a fun motivating local fitness outdoor group in a park setting, with overhead shelter for all weather. Our group are highly supportive of each other & facilitated at all levels of fitness by Joe to improve our personal physical fitness. Joe provides new refreshed programs to maintain our interest & works with feedback to accomodate individual needs.
